Photography can transform an ordinary subject into something ethereal or sinister depending on the light . It can report and record events or single moments in time. It can tell stories real or imagined and it has the ability to disclose a person's soul in the click of a shutter. A single photograph has the power to move , shape and question the way we view our world.

I come from a family of story tellers and, as a photographer; my work has a strong narrative thread running through it. Some of the stories I tell are literal and include text. Others are more poetic and invite the viewer to create their own story. I am drawn to themes that are part of our daily lives and culture.
